You acknowledge that the services offered on this website depend on the Southwest's current open seating and early check-in policies, which CheckIn4Me.com, LLC does not guarantee will remain unchanged. CheckIn4Me.com, LLC will strive to facilitate your check-in at the earliest possible time allowable by Southwest's check-in policy. You will not hold CheckIn4Me.com liable for failure to secure your boarding pass, regardless of the reason for failure. You realize that Southwest does not allow early check-in for all reservations, such as some Rapid Rewards reservations.
You understand that all requests for early check-in must be sent to CheckIn4Me.com in the form of an itinerary from Southwest Airlines' website www.southwest.com as described in the Help pages on this site. You authorize CheckIn4Me.com to send an email notification to an address you provide in order to confirm receipt of your check in request. Additionally, you authorize CheckIn4Me.com to send you a copy of your boarding pass to the email you provided. You promise that you will provide an email address that you own and/or are personally authorized to use for the purpose of receiving email. You agree that you will not use this site as a means of sending unsolicited email to any person. You will not use this website for any purpose prohibited by law. You agree to not perform any activity that may disrupt the proper functioning of this site. You may not attempt to reverse engineer or duplicate the functionality provided by this Website.
