How to request automatic check in at the time of reservation

1. Sign up for an account on http://www.checkin4me.com and choose your User ID.
2. Book your Southwest flight at http://www.southwest.com
3. On the Southwest payment screen, you will be prompted to send copies of your itinerary to one or more addresses.
   
4. Enter your CheckIn4Me.com User ID, followed by '@checkin4me.com' in the field provided (ex: user@checkin4me.com).
5. Complete the reservation process.
6. Optionally, you may log into http://www.checkin4me.com to verify that your flight is registered for Automatic Check-in.
7. We will check you in to your Southwest flight 24 hours before departure time, and email you your boarding pass
8. You may EITHER print this boarding pass at any time before your flight OR use a Southwest Kiosk at the airport to reprint your boarding pass.

How to request automatic check in after your reservation is already made

Did you forget to email your itinerary to CheckIn4Me.com while you were completing your reservation. That's okay. You're just a few clicks away from automatic check in. Southwest lets you email copies of your itinerary even if your reservation is already complete. Just follow the easy steps below.

1. Click the following link: http://www.southwest.com/travel_center/retrieveItinerary.html
2. Type in your 6 digit confirmation code, First Name, and Last Name into the fields provided
3. Click the Retrieve Itinerary button.
4. Type your user@checkin4me.com in one of the 4 fields provided.
5. Click the Send checkbox adjacent to the field containing your CheckIn4Me.com email address
6. Click the Email Itinerary button provided.
